Estimates & Insurance
Estimates are based on information provided at the time of scheduling and may change if additional damage, calibration requirements, or corrosion (including pinch-weld rust) is discovered during service. Insurance coverage is subject to policy terms, deductibles, and insurer approval. Customers remain responsible for any non-covered charges.
Mobile Service Conditions
Mobile services require a safe, accessible, and suitable work environment. Weather conditions, surface level, and vehicle condition may affect service timing or feasibility. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
ProlineGlass LLC is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage, corrosion, or structural issues
• Electronics or components affected by prior damage or aftermarket modifications
• Personal property left inside the vehicle
Customers are encouraged to remove valuables before service.
Calibration Disclaimer
When required, ADAS calibrations are performed using industry-approved procedures. Some vehicles may require dealership or specialized equipment beyond mobile capability. Successful calibration may depend on vehicle condition and manufacturer systems.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made through an insurance carrier or approved billing agreement. Returned payments or declined transactions may result in additional fees.
