Pinch Weld and Rust Treatment

Sometimes, hidden rust is discovered around the windshield frame after the glass is removed. This area—called the pinch weld—is critical because it’s where the windshield is bonded to the vehicle. Rust can prevent proper adhesion, lead to leaks, wind noise, or even compromise safety over time.
